MATRA Programme 2017 - 2021
Goal:
The goal of the programme is to support the development of the rule of law within Ukraine, Georgia, Albania and Kosovo by improving the implementation of children’s rights in the child protection and justice systems to ensure that children in conflict with the law are better protected.
Objectives:
Outcome 1:
In Ukraine, Georgia, Albania and Kosovo the rights of children in conflict with the law are better protected by (secondary) legislation, policy and/or working protocols.
Outcome 2:
Professionals working directly with children in conflict with the law in Ukraine, Georgia, Albania and Kosovo, have the capacity to protect the rights of children in conflict with the law, in alignment with international and European children’s rights standards.
Duration: January 2017 – December 2021
