Child Protection Safety Net (phase 4)

Goal:

Children in Kosovo enjoy a life free from abuse, neglect and exploitation due to an effective and comprehensive child protection system

Objectives:

Outcome 1
A functioning Child Protection system, based on a viable, sound and coherent legal foundation, is in place and able to deliver enhanced and integrated protection to all children in Kosovo.

Outcome 2
Multi-sectorial approach is operational and adequately embedded in the Child Protection system (both legislation and practice) ensuring effective and modern delivery of protection services.

Outcome 3
Child protection professionals and para-professionals involved in the case management process have improved their competences and capacities to identify, prevent and address high and medium-risk cases.

Outcome 4
Functioning monitoring and accountability mechanisms are in place within the child protection system.

Duration: July 2020 – June 2023
