Increasing Resilience and Sustainability of CSO Service Providers in Kosovo

The project “Increasing Resilience and Sustainability of CSO Service Providers in Kosovo”, implemented by Terre des hommes Kosovo (TdhK) with financial support from the European Union, represented by the European Commission, aims to strengthen the capacity, sustainability, and accountability of civil society organizations (CSOs) that provide essential social and family services across Kosovo.

Spanning a 36-month implementation period, the initiative focuses on enhancing the operational and governance capacities of CSOs, with particular attention to organizations serving marginalized and at-risk groups, including children, youth, and minority communities. The project integrates good governance, gender equality, and social inclusion as cross-cutting priorities to ensure a comprehensive and rights-based approach to service delivery.

A core component of the project is the Capacity Development Needs Assessment conducted with licensed CSO service providers. The assessment serves as a foundational tool to inform the design of tailored training, mentoring, and technical assistance activities that respond to the real and evolving needs of the sector.

By fostering stronger institutional coordination and active stakeholder engagement at both national and local levels, the project contributes to the broader goal of improving inclusive, accountable, and sustainable service delivery throughout Kosovo.
